Rates

$115 per night, $735 per week for 1 suite
$110 per night, $700 per week for each suite if renting both

Rates are based on 2 people for each suite.
Extra guests pay $10 extra per night.

A 11.41% state and transient accommodations tax will be added to the total

One time cleaning fee: $75

There is a 3 night minimum stay.

A 50% down + $200.00 refundable security deposit is required to hold your reservation. The security deposit is for damage to the suites above normal wear and tear and will be refunded after you leave and we assure that the suite is undamaged.

The 50% balance is due upon arrival

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before arrival for a full deposit refund, less $25 administrative fee. After that. pro-rated refunds will be made for the percentage of the booking that is successfully filled with another reservation. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. Should you find that you cannot keep your reservation, please contact us right away, or at least 30 days before arrival.
