The Setting

Hale Kalalea is located beneath a tropical mountain landscape in Anahola, Kauai. Anahola is a typical Hawaiian village with a river and beaches with coconut palms, tropical plants and fruit trees.

The vacation rentals are centrally located on the northeast side of Kauai between the lush windward north shore and the sunnier south side. Anahola has a post office and general store.

• 5 minutes from Anahola with white sandy beaches, Aliomanu cove, Aliomanu beach, and Papaa bay
• 15 minutes from Kapaa town where you'll find restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment such as theaters and luaus.
• 20 minutes from the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. Visit Hanalei Bay, the playground of famous surfers and Ke'e Beach, the beginning of the spectacular Napali coast.
